Professor Srinivasan is a consultant corneal surgeon and joint clinical director at the University Hospital in Ayr, Scotland. He completed his ophthalmic residency in the Aravind Eye Hospital in India, and went for higher surgical training to the St. Paul's Eye Unit of the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, UK. Later he won a two-year clinical fellowship in Cornea, External Diseases and Refractive Surgery in the University of Toronto, Canada. His main fields of professional interest are lamellar corneal surgery, micro incision cataract surgery and anterior segment reconstruction. He has publised over 85 papers in peer-reviewed journal and has held over 60 scientific presentations at national and international congresses. He is a recipient of the Achievement Award and International Scholar Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology. In 2012 he was awarded the Honorary Fellowship of the American College of Surgeons, and is the associate editor of the Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Lee Mun Wai is a consultant ophthalmologist, vitreoretinal surgeon, and the Medical Director of Lee Eye Centre, Ipoh. Dr. Lee underwent ophthalmic training in the United Kingdom and Singapore and trained in vitreoretinal surgery at Lions Eye Institute, Western Australia. Active in ophthalmic research, he has published over 20 papers in peer-reviewed journals. He has contributed book chapters to allied health textbooks and has authored an eye care book for the general public.
